The ground floor has a livingroom with fireplace and a state of the art open plan kitchen area. Furthermore a guestroom with a king size boxspring bed, a bathroom with rain shower and a large entrance hall with separate toilet.
On the second floor you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with magnificent view. The red room has a king size boxspring bed, the orange room has twin beds with electrically adjustable mattresses. The bathroom on the second floor is equipped with a rain shower and toilet.
The entire guesthouse is illuminated with WIFI and LED lights.

Guesthouse Kleinkamperfoelie is the perfect location for visiting Museum MORE, daytrips to ‘Hanzesteden” like Zutphen and Deventer.
In addition it’s a fabulous starting point for hiking- and biking tours around the ‘Achterhoek”, “Salland” and the ‘Veluwe’.
From our guesthouse you’ll have direct access to the ‘Gorsselse Enk’ with the beautiful flood plains of the IJssel river or the woods and the Gorsselse moors.
Good dining: at home or in the village
The luxury guesthouse, close to Zutphen and Deventer, is a lovely place to unwind. In the middle of nature, with a delightful garden to relax.
In the evening, dine in one of the restaurants in the village, but the well-equipped kitchen will probably inspire you to prepare a nice home cooked meal.
